Privacy Policy

The Movement Hub is a ‘trading as’ name for Kim Tomlin, and Primal Flow is a subsidiary of. Primal Flow is a unique training concept and is being re-developed as a cpd course for fitness professionals and stands alone as a service/product being offered.


At Primal Flow (“We”) are dedicated to protecting and respecting your privacy and personal data. We will not collect any information from or about you unless it is needed to communicate effectively, and is knowingly provided by you. This data protection policy sets out how any personal data provided to us, will be processed.

What type of information is collected from you?


We request the following personal information when you subscribe to our mailing list:


  • Name (First and Last name)
  • Email address
  • Your consent for being contacted about Primal Flow in general, available classes, workshops, Instructor courses and information relevant to the subject of movement.
  • Your consent to Subscribe to our newsletter.

We will only ask for, and collect, the minimum personal information required to allow us to send you newsletters that you have specifically requested.


How is your information used?


We will use the information you give to us to:


  • Provide you with the information, products and services that you have requested from us.

We will hold your personal information on our mailing list provider for as long as required, or until you unsubscribe from it. We currently use Brevo to connect with you. Their Privacy Policy sets out their own guidelines for storing information.


Your Rights


In addition to Primal Flow’s precautions, your personal data is protected in the UK by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will not retain any of your information for longer than is necessary, or after you have unsubscribed from our mailing list, unless agreed by you elsewhere, where it may be used for other purposes that require us to contact you. Your information will only be used by those authorised to do so by Primal Flow. If you have concerns about the processing of your personal data by Primal Flow, you may contact us at primalflowtraining@gmail.com. If you find any inaccuracies with the personal data we retain, we will delete or correct them promptly.


Right to Access Your Information


The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you with the right to access any nformation held about you. You can ask for this at any time. Please email

primalflowtraining@gmail.com and we will supply this information within one calendar month of receipt.


Policy Changes
